A RESOUNDING DUO

The wineglass must be seen as the instrument to review the wine and to enjoy it. During an objective tasting we ascertained that the shape of the glass does influence the taste of the wine. The 'Restaurant' series of Riedel Glasses is a perfect example of this theory. For every grape variety they developed a special glass that combines the personality, the smell, the taste and the character of the wine.
